Product designer of the web app from its conception up to today.
Note: Due to privacy and confidential agreements I can only show final product images already published by the company and the process I followed.

The challenge

Implement a methodology from conception to implementation that allows the team to test and validate new features of the platform in the shortest amount of time.

Observation

Through user interviews and competitive analysis, we research and set new goals and a general HMW for a specific feature that is planned to be released

Evaluation

Release a beta to a handful of users and gather feedback and usability tests that may restart this process or validate and launch.

Design Sprint

Based on the Design Sprint we set ourselves to map, sketch, decide and test very quickly ideas and concepts with our potential users and make changes before we release a beta to reach more feedback.

Teament is a platform to organize work that simplifies the interactions directly and indirectly inside a team.

With Teament you can create and organize tasks and projects, set up meetings internally/externally with an overview of your teammates calendar or share your calendar link, storage file system to keep everything accessible, and an internal chat to keep the communication going.
